        • CEE Equity Partners Limited has been granted an AIFM Authorisation on 24 July 2015 by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) to provide  services under the AIFMD directive. On 12 June 2017, the Company extended its license under the MiFID directive to provide the Portfolio Management and Investment Advise services. Since establishment the Company provides bespoke fund management solutions to the China-CEE Fund I & II.
      • The Executive Team has over 250 years of private equity experience.
      • The Team comprises 25 individuals, including 16 investment professionals.
      • We have extensive experience in energy, utilities, waste management, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, agriculture and telecommunications.
      • The team hails from 9 countries and has a deep local knowledge and extensive network of contacts.

      • We have a branch office in Warsaw, other investment offices in Athens, Prague and Zagreb and additional offices in Nicosia and Leeds.
