CEE Equity Partners Limited has been granted an AIFM Authorisation on 24 July 2015 by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) to provide  services under the AIFMD directive. On 12 June 2017, the company extended its license under the MiFID directive to provide the Portfolio Management and Investment Advise services.

Since establishment the company provides bespoke fund management solutions to the China-CEE Fund I & II.
