We invest in:

- Strong businesses or capital projects with capable partners.
- Buy-outs and development capital.
- Asset-backed project finance deals.
We look for:
- A majority position.
- An investment between $20 and $100 million.
- A cash generating business with a solid business model.
- Asset-backed investments.

- Their role starts with each investment before closing and continues until exit.
- A 100-day plan is prepared with management before completion to:
- establish best practice in corporate governance,
- implement operational efficiencies and growth initiatives identified during Due Diligence,
- begin agreed ESG improvements.
- Their work continues with value accretive activities such as identifying, negotiating and integrating add-on investments and starting new investments for higher productivity and profitability.
