RADU ZARA

Radu is an investment professional with more than 14 years of private equity experience in the CEE region, supported by a background in banking and financial audit. Over his tenure in private equity, he has gained hands-on operational exposure, guiding portfolio companies both through board-level oversight and, at times, by stepping in as a senior finance executive.

Based in Romania, Radu has been involved in transactions and portfolio work across multiple CEE markets.

As Country Manager for Romania, he is responsible for originating and executing investment opportunities, overseeing portfolio performance, and strengthening the fund’s local presence and partnerships.

Radu holds a degree from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, as well as a university law degree.
